• Chains will be checked, prior to you accepting an offer;

SALE AGREED

You can expect that:

• Sales memorandums to be sent out promptly to all parties i.e. vendors, purchasers, vendors lawyer and purchasers lawyer;

• Your property will not be ‘taken off the market’ without your specific instructions;

The day has finally arrived! You have exchanged contracts and you can commence your moving plan. Upon completion, we will arrange for the keys to be handed over to your buyer with your solicitor's instructions.
