Kish Popat

Director

Kish began working in the property industry in 1986 working for an independent agency which operated in both the residential and commercial sectors. Having starts as a sales negotiator in the residential department, he then progressed to negotiating sales on larger investment and development deals. In 1988 Kish and his partner acquired Harris & Company, one of the most well-established agencies in Kensal Rise.

Kish specialises in acquisition of residential development & investments as well as commercial sales & lettings and property management. Offering professional services encompassing auction purchases, developmental consultancy work and commercial acquisitions, Kish’s knowledge on development is unparalleled.

Roma Patel

Director

Roma spent the majority of her career as an executive in the corporate world. Graduating with a Master’s degree from University College London, Roma oversees the day-to-day finances of Harris & Company, ensures all back-office processes are running smoothly and is in charge of the firm’s marketing and branding.

Away from the office, Roma is a baking enthusiast and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen. She has a passion for travelling abroad as well as exploring new places in and around London with family and friends.

Kishan Popat

Associate Director

Having started his career in working in new homes sales, Kishan then made the move to work for a prolific land and development agency, focussing on the acquisition and sales of land and commercial assets. He quickly progressed to become the company’s highest fee earner and has recently joined us at Harris and Company.

Kishan focusses on the acquisition and disposal of residential development and investments alongside commercial sales and lettings. He prides himself on his technical knowledge, honesty, and professionalism.

Biran has been with Harris & Company for over 21 years in which time he has successfully built up a wealth of experience and maintained strong client relations through negotiations and customer service reputation.

Beyond his professional career, Biran’s interests include a passion for Formula One, exploring diverse cuisines, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Cristina Fabre

Office Administrator

Cristina has more than 25-year experience in client / public facing roles, both locally and internationally. Her friendly approach makes her a firm favourite with tenants, landlords and tradesmen alike.

Outside work she is interested in wellbeing, culture, history, travelling and art.

Sally Johnson

Senior Office Co-ordinator

Sally has worked at Harris and Company for an impressive 30+ years and therefore has a wealth of experience in the property industry, particularly lettings.  Alongside this vast knowledge, her honesty and integrity has enabled her to establish and maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants alike over the years. Sally’s job has evolved over the years but what has remained constant is her friendly professional attitude towards clients, customers and staff.

When she is not working, Sally likes travelling at home or abroad but is equally happy popping to a local restaurant on a sunny evening to sample different cultural foods.

Karina Oliveira

Office administrator

After studying Social Communication and obtaining her first degree in Publicity in São Paulo, Brazil, Karina worked on the sales teams of several well-known global companies. She completed an MBA in International Relations at FGV and moved to London, where she developed a career in property and Office management.

Karina is commended for her professionalism, communication skills and attention to detail. She is fluent in English, Spanish and has a good knowledge of Italian. Outside of work, Karina loves writing, travelling and discovering new cultures.
